Unable to Get Table list BAD HEADER

Description:

The above error can occur when attempting to view tables in Enterprise Manager when the ODBC data source is configured to use the Pro5 Data Server.

Resolution:

Delete the following file located in DICTIONARY directory: 

DD_INDEX_USAGE 

The file is recreated if required.
