Java 1.6 Rel 10 experiencing slow repaint issue with MDI Children

Description:

We had several people experiencing slow repainting issues with the MDI children using the 1.6 release 10 on Windows.

Resolution:

Either use a previous version of Java or turn off the new paint code by putting the following on the Java args line in the BBj.properties file. 

-Dsun.java2d.d3d=false
