Description:
Attempting to start BBjServices with SELinux enabled will result in the following error:
Unable to load user native library: /opt/<install_path>/lib/libUser.so: <install_path>/lib/libUser.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
No native code to get user information for root
No native code to get user information for root
A similar error will be displayed when an attempt is made to start BBj:
<install_path>/bin/bbjinit: error while loading shared libraries: <install_path>/lib/libNativeUtil.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
Resolution:
BBj Rev 5.01 is not supported in a configuration where SELinux is enabled.
SELinux can be disabled by editing the following configuration file:
/etc/selinux/config
Change the SELinux value to:
SELINUX=Disabled
