ERROR 33 when creating a window via the 'WINDOW' mnemonic

Description:

This error can occur if more than 255 windows are opened at one time. Some structures (the 'WINDOW'("LIST") for one) are limited in the number of bytes used to report a window number, which is 1 byte. This makes is impossible to create more than 255 windows, regardless of the amount of system memory.
