Error 18, TCB(10)=-5, Access Denied using any Windows PRO/5

Description:

An error 18, tcb(10) -5 can occur if the CD ROM drive is not being dsksyn'd in the config.bbx file. 

This also applies to Novell Visual PRO/5 and/or NT Data Server's(but not NOVELL PRO5 Dataservers). 

Resolution:

Verify that all unavailable drives are being dsksyn'd. 

If the error occurs while using a Data Server (applies to Windows only), ensure that the Data Server config.bbx also has unavailable drives dsksyn'd.
