Description:

When doing a DDE write, it’s possible to receive an Error 60 with a TCB(10)=-16389. This error has been seen before when the DDE write: 

1) specifies a file that doesn’t exist 
2) specifies a file that is not a recognized format (such as trying to open a Excel 97 worksheet in Excel 95)
