Description:

Creating a file returns Error 0, TCB(10)=-101. 

Resolution:

Verify that the config.bbx file has all unavailable drives DSKSYN'd. 

This is important under DOS/Windows/ Novell networks. BBx will search all drive lettters A-Z and will return an error when a drive does not exist. We have specifically seen it when a CD-ROM drive was not DSKSYN'd.
