Upgrading from PROGRESSION/3 to PROGRESSION/4 changed function keys behavior

Description:

Below are some sample entries from a termcap file from BBx PROGRESSION/3 and the same section from BBx PROGRESSION/4 termcap file. 

PROGRESSION/3 uses a zero based set for function keys, that is k0 through k9, while PROGRESSION/4 is one based, that is k1 through k0. 

If you are going to use the BBx PROGRESSION/3 termcap file with BBx PROGRESSION/4 you will need to make changes to the termcap file so that it is the same as the termcap file supplied with BBx PROGRESSION/4.

SPECIAL NOTE: 
Specifically, you need to change what BASIS already changed for you in the termcap file in order to have the function keys work as you expect.
